Is Case UI Secure?
Absolutely! In addition to industry standard security measures such as password protection, secure data transmission, and data encryption at rest, Case UI provides an added layer of security by storing your data in a segregated database not mingled with the data of other customers.
Your data is backed up nightly in two separate, secure locations for fast disaster recovery, with data retention up to thirty days.
How can I access my Case UI data?
When you subscribe to Case UI, you will create a vanity URL. When your Case UI app is ready, you will be able to access it anytime from anywhere with internet access from your computer (Windows or Mac) or mobile device at https://YourFirm.caseui.com.
